Ingeborg Schmidt, beloved wife, Mama and Eo passed away gently on Dec 15, 2017. She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Ulrich Schmidt. She is survived by her Son Edgar Schmidt, grandson Jory Schmidt and Daughter Kerstin Beckett and grandsons Travis (Daniela) Beckett and Benjamin Beckett of Dublin, Ohio and her Brother Heinz (Ruth) Freymann of Arizona. Inge was born in Riga, Latvia and immigrated to the United States in the 1950’s. Inga met her husband to be in San Francisco and together they traveled throughout the United States and the world. Inga cherished her German heritage, her family and most especially adored her three grandsons. Inga was greatly loved by all who knew her and her cheerful spirit and love of life will be missed every day. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Family will receive friends on Saturday, January 6 from 11-12 pm where memorial service will follow at 12 pm.
