(Husband) William Pennington and Vivia L. (Shawn) Robinson; brother Cecil E Lemaster; wife Stacy Lemaster; daughter Evelyn; Henry Charles Lemaster, Jr. Vernon Russell Paul Lemaster; granddaughter Jade and 3 grandcsons. A graveside service will be held Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 1:30 pm at Eastlawn Cemetery, 1340 Woodland Avenue, Columbus, OH 43219.
