Gary Lee Russell, age 63, earned his wings on February 9, 2021. Born March 20, 1957, in Chicago, IL to parents Charles and Geneva Wolford Russell. Preceded in death by parents; brother Johnny Russell. Survived by daughter Amanda Russell; siblings Deborah (Jack) Straight, Diana Russell, Julie (Dave) Moriarty, Donna Russell, Charles Russell, Jr.; many nieces and nephews; special nephew Nick. Gary was an avid music fan and enjoyed watching movies. He was also known for his kind, generous heart. He will be missed tremendously by his sisters. A visitation will be held Monday, February 15, 2021, from 5-7 pm at the Shaw-Davis Funeral Homes, Short North Chapel, 34 W 2nd Ave, Columbus, OH 43201. www.shaw-davis.com
