Frederick Ballard

Frederick “Fred” Charles Ballard passed away on September 20, 2017 at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital due to complications following a long battle with cancer. He was 82.
Fred was born on August 1, 1935 in Flint, MI to his parents Charles and Lucille Ballard. He graduated from the Ohio Wesleyan University in 1957 and continued his education at Wharton’s School of Business, graduating with his MBA.   On October 31, 1971, he married Noreen and they most recently resided in Westerville, OH.  In addition to his career in banking, he spent his life enjoying a love of boating, fishing and reading.

Mr. Ballard was loved and will be missed by his wife, Noreen, daughter Pamela (Scott) Whyte, daughter Elizabeth Ballard, daughter Michele (Scott) Zimmermann, daughter Colleen (Jeff) Thomas, son Charles (Cary) Ballard and beloved grandchildren Hunter, William, Trevor, Benjamin, Reese and Ryan. He was proceeded in death by his parents, sister Mary Anne Goode of Tucson, AZ and nephew Lawrence.
