On July 19th at approximately 7:42 pm, surrounded by those she loves, Frances M Baer, née Waldrop of Circleville, OH went to be with her lord and savior Jesus Christ, in Heaven due to complications with her heart. Born on June 17, 1948, in Columbus, OH to Elizabeth Jean Higgins and Leo C. Waldrop. Survived by her children, Christina Dunlap and Jack Dunlap, 5 brothers Larry (Linda) Waldrop, Nelson (Sandy) Waldrop, Donnie (Kim) Waldrop, Donald Wayne Waldrop and Steve Waldrop, 4 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, a great-great-granddaughter, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her husband, the love of her life Emory "Sam" Baer, married December 23, 1975, her parents, and 8 brothers. Frances operated a residential facility for elderly and mental health patients until 1980 and retired in 1989 from Riverside Methodist Hospital, where she worked as a senior care specialist. A devout Christian woman, who never knew a stranger. Frances was a member of Crossroads Church of Circleville, OH. A particularly favorite biblical passage of hers was John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son so that whoever believes in him shall not perish, bur have everlasting life". Frances was firm in her belief that through love and faith in our lord Jesus Christ, death was but a step into an eternity of paradise. She loved to recite this to her grandchildren, and comfort them with the knowledge that death is not the end, rather that it is the beginning of something greater and more beautiful.
"As I look down from Heaven, watching you grow. There is something I want you to know.
It’s alright, I’m okay. I love you more than words can say. So don’t say goodbye; no need to let go. I’ll always be with you, just want you to know.
I’m in your mind; I’m in your heart, you and I will never part.
Always with you night and day. Even listening when you cry. No need to cry; no need to grieve. I promise you I’ll never leave.
