Elaine Latour

Elaine Marie Latour, of Columbus, 53, died Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at OSU Medical Center. She was born February 24, 1964 in Columbus, Ohio, a daughter of Gerald Horvath and Barbara Phipps. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Latour. She is survived by her mother, Barbara Phipps of Columbus; her half brother, Michael Horvath of Little Axe, Oklahoma; two daughters, Kalina Latour of Columbus, and Katrina  (Jonathan) Ragsdale of Columbus; 6 grandchildren, Katelyn, Naomi, Blake, Amelia, Illianna, and Connor. She is also survived by her "adopted" children, Sarah, Will, and Tony.
Memorial services will be held at the Community Bible Church at 230 Fairground Rd in Lucasville, Ohio at 4 pm on Saturday, March 11, 2017. She will be laid to rest at the Little Bethel Memorial Grounds in Duncanville, Texas at a later date.
