Dorothy Horger

Dorothy E. Horger, age 93, of Columbus, OH passed away on Saturday May 5, 2018 at Willowbrook Christian Home. She was born December 16, 1924 in Quaker City, OH to Issac and Lourie (Lingo) Stubbs and she married Verghn C. Horger. Dorothy was a long time member of Hilliard Church of Christ and was active in her CLEO womens Bible Study group. She enjoyed crocheting afghans for friends and family as well as lap robes, which she donated yearly to local nursing homes. Dorothy was a wonderful cook and baker. Her passion in life was her family and she loved spending time with them. Dorothy is survived by her loving children, Carol (Rick) Bull and Jeffrey (Carla) Horger; grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Evan Bull and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Verghn and her 8 siblings.
