Dolores (Dee) McAlee

Dolores (Dee) Margaret McAlee , 85, passed away on Friday, February 15, 2019 at The Grand of Dublin.  She was born June 12, 1933 in to Anne (Green) and Joseph McConnville in Cleveland, OH.  She lived a faith-filled life as a mother, grandmother, and hardworking woman.

Dee always had a beautiful smile and an infectious laugh and was most happy when she felt that she was helping other people.  She loved music and movies, had a beautiful voice, and loved to sing.  While at The Grand, she enjoyed participating in events and socializing with other residents.

Dee’s family would like to thank the aides, nurses and administrators at The Grand for many years of love and care.  The family would also like to thank Kindred Care Hospice.

Dee is survived by her daughters, Mary Kate (Andrew) Patterson, Mary Clare,

son G. Emmett (Amber) McAlee and grandchildren: Connor and Quinn Patterson, and Alexander Miller.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 27th, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the chapel at The Grand of Dublin, 4500 John Shields Pkwy, Dublin, OH  43017.
