Delaine “Cricket” Ferrell

Delaine “Cricket” Ferrell, age 53, passed on March 14, 2021 with her daughter at her side after a long courageous battle with cancer. Delaine was born on  August 24, 1967 in Columbus, Ohio to parents Harless and Annabell Dotson Ferrell. She is preceded in death by spouse Jim, father Harles, sister Jo Ellen, brothers Jimmy, Pat, and Billy. She is survived by mother Annabell, daughter Holly (Brian), brothers David, Tommy, and Dale, nephew Jimmy, niece Jennifer, and many others.

Services will be held on Monday March 22, 2021 at the Shaw-Davis Funeral Homes Victorian Village Chapel, 34 W 2nd Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43201. The family will receive guests from 11 am to 12 pm, with the funeral beginning at noon. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions the number in attendance will be limited to 40, masks and social distancing will also be required while visiting the funeral home.  For those unable to attend a live stream of the service will be viewable at https://livestream.com/shaw-davis/dferrell .
