David Ridenour

David Peter Ridenour, age 59, passed away on June 18, 2017 at the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, OH. He leaves a life partner of 17 years, Rojelio Ochoa: his brother Charles W. Ridenour, Jr, and his sisters Teresa C Bungard and her husband Harry, Vesta D. Janes, Rebecca C. Ridgell and her husband William, and Regina C, Allan, along with numerous nieces and nephews and an abundance of friends. Born in Norfolk, VA the son of Charles W. and Jean M. (Collins) Ridenour both deceased of Columbus Grove, Ohio, David spent his young years in Newport, RI before moving to Columbus. David was a Physical Therapy Assistant at various healthcare facilities throughout the state of Ohio, but last worked for Ohio Health at Grant Medical Center where his co-workers and friends described him as a gentle giant. David loved life and would often be found on the dance floor at Tradewinds dancing all night long until the bar closed; he often referred to this as his "cardio" for the week.
