David Keith Rhoton Sr.

April 11, 1959 – February 4, 2025

 David Keith Rhoton Sr., son of the late Carol and Dean Virgin, passed away peacefully at Riverside Methodist Hospital on February 4, 2025 at the age of 65. 

 David was a proud veteran of the United States Army and would help anyone in need even if it meant he went without. 

 He is remembered by his children: David (Tresera) Rhoton Jr., Josh (Tanya) Rhoton, Brianna Rhoton, Rance Rhoton, Codey (Mia) Adams, Alena (Brad) Sorrell, and Tonya (Ray) Howard.

 David was a full of life and fun filled papaw to Brooklyn (Jamie) Hobson, Jacob (Kara) Bolen, Brayden Webb, Joshua (Joshie) Rhoton, Remington (Remi) Adams, Mikayla Adams, Easton Adams, Barrett Adams, Emily (Emmy) Sorrell, Bryce Sorrell, Desi Debronkhart, Dakota Swepson, Paul (PJ) Howard, Belle Howard, and Caleb Howard.

 He is also survived by his brothers Daniel (Sheila) Virgin, Johnny (Denise) Virgin, a sister Diane Virgin and several nieces and nephews.

 In keeping with his generous spirit, David chose to donate his organs ensuring that even in passing, he could continue to help others.

 A celebration of life will be held at a later date to honor his memory.

David will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
