David Lee McGee Jr., 65, passed away Friday October 16, 2015 in Columbus, Ohio. Preceded in death by his brother, Andrew McGee and by his mother, Alma Ruth. Survived by his father, David Lee McGee, his son David Lee McGee III, long-time companion Miss Pamela Jones, brother Luther McGee, sister Byrdie McGee and her partner, Glenn Martin, as well as sister Linda Bayless (McGee) and her husband Gregory and sister Juanita McGee. He is also survived by a wonderful host of nieces and nephews. He was a hard worker, serving 31 years at the State of Ohio and 30 years at Tuney’s Drive-thru. A memorial service will be held in his honor on October 23, 2015 at 2pm at Shaw-Davis Funeral Homes 34 W. 2nd Avenue Columbus, OH 43201. Family will be receiving visitors an hour beforehand.
