David Lee Louthen, age 68, passed away on April 20, 2020. He was born on August 18, 1951 in Columbus, Ohio to parents Thomas Henry and Frances Fern (Collins) Louthen.

He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Frances Louthen. David is survived by his sister Judy Gignsei, brother Charles Daniel Louthen, brother James Scott Louthen, many nieces and nephews, and many more beloved friends. He will be missed dearly by all those who knew him.
