David Christian Jones II

David Christian Jones ll age 26 of Columbus passed away unexpectedly on September 23, 2023. David was born January 10 1997 to David and Michelle Jones. David was a loving father to his daughter, Teresa Jones and devoted fiancé to Melissa Weaver. In 2016, David graduated from Whetstone High School and Fort Hayes Academy. David loved making people laugh and smile. He didn’t know a stranger and everyone was family to him. David enjoyed playing videos games and the outdoors. 

David is survived by his fiancé Melissa Weaver; daughter, Teresa Jones; unborn son, Maverick Jones; parents, Michelle Jones of Tennessee, and David (Lisa) Jones; sisters, Kayla (Frank) Strickland of Tennessee; Courtney (Shilo) Sagraves; twin brother; Daniel Jones, niece; Éire Sagraves, nephews; Kaeden and Shane Sagraves, and Bryson Strickland, grandparents; Diane Drake of Florida; Vickie (John) Ammerman of Tennessee; many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service will held on Monday, October 2, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. - 3.00 p.m at Fellowship Baptist Church, 4701 Winchester Pike, Columbus, OH 43232. Pastor Tony Liuzzo officiating.
