Our Brother, David 71 of Columbus Ohio, passed away Tuesday evening March 4, 2025. He was born to Ethel and Joe Jennings May 26, 1953, on his mother’s birthday. He was preceded in death by his parents Joe & Ethel and his older brother Harry Jennings. He is survived by his oldest brother Joseph Jennings and his sister Anita (George) Keller; his Nieces Camile (Dan) O’Rourke, Alexis (Carl) Howze; niece and nephew Eliza and Mitchell Keller. He is also survived by great nephew Christian Howze and great niece Margot D’Arca, many cousins and extended family and countless friends.

He attended St. Thomas the Apostle elementary and Bishop Hartley H.S., Class of ’71. After graduating, David chose to enlist in the U.S. Navy where he served his Country for nearly 20 years and was honorably discharged. He spent his civilian years in California, Washington State and his home State of Ohio. David was truly a gentle giant. He stood well over 6 feet tall but was a true friend to animals and the best playmate for all the nieces and nephews. He loved children but was never fortunate to have any of his own.
