David H.Jones, age 61, went to be with the Lord on December 29, 2018.  Dave was born June 10, 1957, in Birmingham, Michigan and was a 1975 graduate of Worthington High School (Ohio). Throughout his life, Dave held numerous positions where he was able to share his talents as a master craftsman as well as his gift for gab. Dave never knew a stranger and was always ready to share his faith in Christ, tell a joke, or offer discernment, something in which he was definitely gifted. He loved music, and many were fortunate to hear him sing and play the guitar on many occasions. As much as Dave loved music, he loved Pam White Jones more. They were married for 30 years before Pam passed in 2017.  Dave was also preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Patricia Jones. He is survived by his son, Brett Jones, and his stepsons Bill (Jennifer) Cline and Brian (Mindy) Cline as well as 5 beautiful grandchildren.  He is also survived by his siblings Christy, Rufus, Mike, Scott and Charlotte. Dave will be remembered during a memorial service at 2 p.m., Saturday, January 5 at Xenos Pavilion, 1934 N. Fourth Street, Columbus. There will be a time of fellowship immediately following the service.
