Danny Green

Danny Lee Green, born to Marvin and Maxine Green, on September 20, 1967, who was the youngest of four brothers: Gene, Kenny and Randy. They had their share of stories to tell, from playground escapades to long winded church services on Sundays.

Danny graduated from Hilliard High School and Tolles Technical Center in 1985. He then began his journey into adulthood, where he furthered his career in business at Columbus State, became a member of Toastmasters club, became a cub scout cub master and den leader and to taking care of special needs adults.

On May 1st 1993 Danny married his wife Ruth Bennington-Green and spent 24 amazing years creating what he would say was his greatest accomplishment: his family. His family consisted of three boys Kenneth, Daniel and John and two girls Rachel and Lilly.

Danny was a wonderful and loving daddy who was involved in every facet of his children’s lives. He was also a sweet and loving husband. Ruth and Danny often referred to each other as their best friend and soul mate.

Danny left us all too soon on September 18,2017. He was loved by all and always had a positive word for everyone. He will be greatly missed.
