Daniel Loper,

The world has lost a sweet soul, and we are deeply saddened by the death of our beloved son, grandson and friend, Daniel Sebastian Loper, born August, 28, 1992 in Germany. He tragically took his life in a moment of despair and our lives have been forever altered.  We treasure memories of his beautiful spirit, brilliant and creative mind, artistic and musical talent. He is survived by his Mother, Susan L. Loper (Rob Hanover) of Gahanna, Father, Georg (Lourdes) Martinescu of Miami;  Grandparents Laraine Little of Reynoldsburg and Bob and Cecilia Loper of Westerville; Aunt Angie (Steve) McDorman; Uncle Marius Martinescu; Cousins Allison Younger, Steven (Kari) McDorman and Cassie McDorman; and his faithful companions, Frebis & Missy. Our special thanks to the Milo Grogan community where Daniel resided and found great joy living and working among the artists and  musicians as his extended family.  Special mention to his musical soul mate & mentor, Lisa Bella Donna. Preceded in death by his great grandmother Ruth Murphy, grandparents Gheorge and Hille Martinescu. Family requests financial help to cover expenses in lieu of flowers. Visitation Thursday, March 16 from 6-8pm with Memorial Service 8-9pm at Shaw-Davis Funeral Home Clintonville Chapel, 4341 North High Street, Columbus, OH 43214.
