Dale Millar

MILLAR

Dr. Dale Millar, 91, of Pickerington, Ohio died December 22, 2017 in Columbus, Ohio.  Born in South Bloomfield, Ohio, he was the son of the late Minnie and Benton Millar.  He was preceded in death by his brother Gerald Millar and nephew, Rolland Millar.  Dr. Millar was a WWII veteran having served in the US Army 34th Tank Division in France.  He was a retired veterinarian and a graduate of OSU.  An avid trap shooter, having won many competitions was elected to the Ohio State Trap Shooting Hall of Fame in 2003.  Survived by his wife, Erma and cousins, Ramona and Lindy Todhunter. Memorial contributions can be made to the CHA Animal Shelter in Columbus. A private burial will take place in South Bloomfield.
