Cynthia Barbara Noel

Cynthia Barbara (Usinger) Noel, 56, passed away, October 1, 2022. She was born February 3, 1966 in Columbus Ohio. She was the youngest daughter of Charles B. Usinger and Francis Grace (Guzi) Usinger. Cindy graduated from Brookhaven/Fort Hayes in 1984 With Distinction, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in history from The Ohio State University in 2015. She was preceded in death by her mother, and sisters Cathy, Susan, and Judy. Cindy is survived by her husband Gerald T. Noel, Jr.; her children Gerald T. Noel, III and Sadie M. Noel; her father; and numerous nieces and nephews. Cindy loved all games, especially card games. She was a big reader, and while she did not travel as much as she would have liked she was always looking forward to the next trip. She found joy in all of her jobs because of the coworkers, she was always a people person. Mostly she loved her friends and family. It did not matter whether you were her friend in grade school or just met her this year, whether you were family by birth or marriage, if she considered you a friend you were a friend for life and she would do anything for you. She will be missed.

Repast after the memorial will be hosted by Tim Katz and Wendy Robinson at their home, 781 South Roosevelt Avenue, Bexley Ohio 43209, from 2 to 4 PM.
