Cynthia Haidar-Osman (Karpinski)

Cynthia (Cindy) Haidar-Osman (Karpinski) born October 30, 1950 passed away at home Wednesday September 8, 2021. Cindy took great care of many people while working in the healthcare field as a HHA for over 40 years.  Some of her patients became dear friends simply because of the great care she gave and general charismatic way she had about herself.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Ronald Karpinski. She is survived by her daughters, Tina Yates & Kristy Johnson, her grandchildren; Christopher Aldrich II, Renee Peterson, Terrance Yates, Mykal Yates (Eddie Horne), Daniel Donnell, Aaron Donnell, Ashley Rose Donnell & Brady Donnell; Great grandchildren Ameerah, Amirreon & Brooklyn, her brother Walt (Judy) Karpinski; along with many other loved family members.

Cindy was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in June and given a very short survival time. While the doctors may have said a month, Cindy’s tenacity made sure she survived to do every last thing she set her mind too. She made sure every last moment meant something and enjoyed all the family that came to visit. She was grateful to attend the family reunion to be able to say her goodbyes to a lot of important people. She was loved by many and will be missed terribly.

Her wishes were not to have a standard funeral but instead for us to have one last “party” as a celebration of life.  The family will honor those wishes on Saturday September 25 from noon - 7pm @ 197 Dogwood Dr., Delaware, Oh 43015.  Anyone who is unable to attend can also send cards of condolence to the same address if they would like.
