Crystal McDonald

Crystal Yvonne McDonald, Born November 15, 1969. Passed away suddenly January 22, 2024 at the age of 54. She is proceeded in death by parents Lucille McDonald and James McDonald, siblings Sandra MacEachen, Gene Strader, niece Suzanne Fitch and grandparents.

She is survived by her siblings Curtiss McDonald (Jessica), Carol McDonald, Carla Bowen (Chuck). Her children Kyle, Josh, Courtney, Haley whom she was very proud of and had reconnected with!

She is survived by her grandchildren and several nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. She recently had a godniece named after her.

Crystal was a very caring and giving person. She grew up on the west side of Columbus and had numerous friends throughout her life. Her love of heavy metal music continued with a lot of the friends she kept throughout her lifetime. She had a love for animals. She especially loved deviled eggs, which her sister made sure she had at every holiday meal. 

Crystal has been recently diagnosed with stage 4 emphysema. She disliked the oxygen required for her to breath. 

She will be missed by many, especially friend Tom.

We are planning to do a celebration of life for Crystal in the spring.
