Charles Simmons II

Charles (Chuck) Franklin Simmons II passed away at age 64 on October 12, 2018 at his home after battling COPD. He was born to Charles Sr. and Martha Simmons on December 19, 1953. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend. He is preceded by his mother and father Charles and Martha, brother-in-law Gary Tatman, and nephews Sean Tatman, Curtis Mullins, Willis Roger Whitt Sr., father in law and Willis Roger Whitt Jr.,brother in law.  He is survived by wife Kathy, sons Anthony Simmons, Charles (Bub) Simmons III, daughters Charlene Simmons, Lashawnda McGrath, Melissa Small (Troy Small), his sisters Donna Tatman, Karen Jordan, Tammy Storts (Larry Storts), Kristy Anacker (David Wintersheimer), brother Jeff Simmons, nieces Tayler Hall(Charles Hall), Nikki Coldren, nephew Sean Himes and many other nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his Mother in law Delia Whitt, sister in law Debra Crawford (Bob Crawford) and numerous grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Saturday October 27, 2018 at the Obetz Church of Nazarene located at 4101 Groveport Rd, Obetz, Ohio 43207.
