Preceded in death by Father, Samuel Charles Martin and Mother Nellie (Phelps) Martin, Jerry Lee Martin (brother), and Samuel Charles Martin (son) at 5 weeks. Survived by son Gregg E Martin (Marcy), granddaughter Cassandra Martin. Daughter Christina Martin (James), and granddaughters Gabby and Kayla; daughter Tammie (Martin) Crump (Rick); grandsons Joshua, Nicholas, Matthew, and Stephen; nephew Kevin Martin (Andrea). Also survived by brothers Rick Martin (Connie) and Doug Martin (Melissa), and 4 nieces.
