Carol Neutzling

Carol Lynn Neutzling, age 75 of Columbus, loving mother and friend, passed away peacefully on 06/14/16. She graduated from The Ohio State University where she earned both her Bachelor and Master degrees. Carol was a high school English teacher and spent most of her tenure at Mifflin High School, from where she retired. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, traveling (especially to the beach), playing cards, and rooting on the Buckeyes. She is survived by: children, Traci Mehalic and Rolland Neutzling; daughter-in- law, Barbara Neutzling; grandchildren, Nicole Mehalic, Jason Mehalic, Ryan Mehalic, Kevin Neutzling, Eric Neutzling, Jessica Neutzling, Sean Odell, and Amber Odell; sister, Linda Shaffer; sister-in- law, Rita Davis; and nieces, Allison Dally, Melanie Goss, and Michelle Goss. In Carol’s memory contributions can be made to The American Diabetes Association in lieu of flowers.
