Brett E. Bertram was born on April 12, 1963 and passed away on May 26, 2023. Brett made friends everywhere he went. Brett had a shining personality and a quick witted way about him. He had a gift of making everyone laugh when around him.  He always had a funny story to tell and had a gift of making everyone laugh. Brett loved his country and was extremely patriotic. Brett adored his wife Charlotte and she will continue to love and care for their dogs Seekah and Lilly, and their cats.

Brett got his love for animals (dog’s especially) from his father. He was known to stop and help all kinds of animals in need. He told a story of a large black and white rabbit he saw on the side of the road on his way to work. He knew all about rabbits, of course, and he knew this was a pet rabbit that either got loose or someone released.  He went out of his way take it to a rescue place and was late for work. Brett also tended to orphaned fawn, owls, cats, and dogs of course.

He was a plethora of Information when it came to anything about wildlife, nature, the outdoors, hunting, fishing, winter survival training (a grueling course he passed), firearms, and bow hunting. Brett was also a proud member of the NRA.

He went to join his Dad and younger sister and all their pets in Heaven. Survived by his Daughters: Jessi and Kirstie, Step-Son: Warren, Grandchildren, Nephew: Jacob, Nieces: Callie and Abbie, Mother Pauletta Bertram, and Sisters: Kasey and Brooke. He made so many wonderful, treasured friends at Cabelas and Vances. These places he worked were his dream jobs.
