Birtchel L Trent

Birtchel L. Trent also known as BLT. age 85 , born September 6th ,1938 left this life and went on to his eternal life with the Lord, on April 8th at Arbors West, under the care of Suncrest Hospice with his daughter by his side.

BLT grew up being a auto mechanic and also did roofing and all around handy man jobs. He received many awards for being a volunteer in his community at Marion Square for all his hours of dedication. Most of his life dad was a care taker of his family and friends no matter what, he put others first. 

What he enjoyed the most was getting up every day and going to Certified , him and his friend Smitty helping out there and greeting the customers. Back in the day he enjoyed going to Beulah Park and watching the horses race and yes of course betting on them.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Shelli (Shawn) Norris, Peggy Lett, son Clifford Hunter ,3 step daughters 1 step son of his ex wife Delma. Many nieces and nephews. Special friends Smitty and Kenny , Nikki and Alice Jean. Dad had a special bond with his nephew Felix and neice Landy. Chuck and Country road also.

Dad was the last of his siblings. He was proceeded in death by his parents Wiley and Bertha Trent, brother Wiley Trent Jr. sisters Evelyn Trent, Loretta Sales and Frieda Trent Hamilton.
