Bill B. Smith Jr., 72, of Johnstown Ohio succumbed to his battle with Leukemia on Tuesday, October 12th 2021. He passed in his home with his loved ones, exactly where he wanted to be.
Bill was born on May 26th 1949 in Tazewell Virginia to Bill Brown Smith and Betty Ann Smith. He was a lifelong resident of Johnstown who was known and loved by so many. He is survived by his wife Cathleen, children Aaron, Andrew (Kelly) , Adrianne (Todd) , his grandsons William, Brody, Bill Brown and Logan, his beloved dog Maverick, his siblings, Gene (deceased) , Jerry, Tom, Juanita and Ronald, many niece's, nephews and cousins and more. Bill was known for being a car guy and built some of the most beautiful classic cars around. Friends and family will gather Saturday October 16th at the Johnstown United Methodist Church, 159 S. Main Street, Johnstown Ohio at 10am for calling hours followed by a funeral service at 11am and proceed to a graveside service after. Flowers may be sent to the church between Friday and early Saturday morning. A luncheon will take place after the graveside service at the Monroe Township building. If you have a classic car we ask that you drive it to give Bill the final send off he would love, one last car show.
