Beverly Coriell Bond completed her earthly journey on October 13th and was escorted by the angels to the gates of heaven. She was born on February 14, 1956 at Mercy Hospital in Portsmouth, Ohio to Wanda Jane Rayburn Coriell and Roy Coriell. Present at birth and raising her was Richard White. Beverly is preceded in death by her unborn child, Christopher Michael, lost by miscarriage, beloved brother Danny Coriell, father Richard White, biological father Roy Coriell, grandparents William and Pearl Rayburn, Oscar and Ardena Coriell, great grandparents Henry Chesly and Etta Jane Rayburn, and ex-husband Mike Bond. She is survived by her mother, Wanda White, daughters Sarah (Cy) Wyche, Laura Bond (Hernando Posada), grandchildren Elizabeth Bond-Varney, Caroline Jane (3rd generation Jane) Bond-Varney, Isabella Wyche, Aidan Wyche, Tessa Wyche and Lily Posada; surviving siblings Alana (Don) Greca, Connie White (Mel Gornic), Kathy (John) Balbach, Lois Coriell, Richard (Lisa) White, Rory (Carol) Coriell, and Troy (Janet) Coriell; special nieces Nicole Whitaker, Natalie Coles and Lauryn White and many more beloved nieces and nephews, cousins and beloved dog Tucker. Much love to my sweet cousin Mike Hazelbaker who helped care for Tucker during difficult times. Bev loved her Lord and trusted him through difficult challenges in her life. She would want you to seek Him and bring Him into your life. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and dog Tucker; she enjoyed genealogy, writing, photography, gardening, reading, parks, music, attending church, birds, and riding in her car with music on and sunroof open. Bev chose a graveside service, to be interred in the family cemetery Scioto Burial Park where her grandfather purchased family plots. She will be interred with her brother, Danny: “just me, the sun and the hummingbird” (Danny’s quote). In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St. Jude or the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. A memorial service will be held first, on Friday at 11:00 am at the Westerville Christian Church, 471 East College Avenue, Westerville, Ohio 43081. A graveside service will follow Friday, October 18, 2019 at 3:00 pm at the Scioto Burial Park, 4757 Mc Dermont Pond Creek Road, Mc Dermont, Ohio 45662.
