Arlene Ellen Miles

Arlene Miles, 71, passed away on March 11, 2023 while in hospice care. She was born on May 15, 1951 near Sugarcreek, Ohio to her parents, John and Amanda Croft. She graduated from Garaway High School, was a loving and dedicated mother, worked for over 25 years at Owens-Illinois/Rexam/Centor in Berlin, Ohio, and was able to retire.

Arlene enjoyed exercising her green thumb outside in gardens and landscaping, tackling creative projects from sewing and painting to woodworking, attending church services at Mount Vernon Baptist Temple, and spending time with loved ones.

She is survived by children Bethsheba Naranjo, Jeremiah Logsdon, and Joshua Logsdon; grandchildren Olivia Logsdon, Bellaluna Naranjo, and Jasper Logsdon; and siblings Doris Ridenbaugh, John Croft, Alton Croft, Francis Croft, and Robert Croft. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Dallas Croft, and husband Okey Miles.

To her wishes, her ashes will be spread where she will be able to continue in nature with her Creator, and no services will be held.
