Anthony Povisil

Anthony Povisil Jr. age 85, passed away December 17, 2018 surrounded by loved ones. US Navy Veteran, 32nd degree Mason and Air Traffic Controller, retired from Port Columbus International Airport. He had a love for Thoroughbred horses, including his own Slow, Slower and Slowest. However, he was eternally  hopeful for that Kentucky Derby winner. Preceded in death by sisters Bess and Mary Povisil, his only son, Keith Povisil and mother of his children Sara Vivian Povisil. Survived by daughters Sheree (Lawrence) DeLeon and Lori (Beth) Povisil; grandchildren Matthew (Rachael), Adrienne and Luke (Jamie) DeLeon; 3 great grandchildren; loving companion Karin Tracy. Family will receive friends at SHAW-DAVIS FUNERAL HOMES 4341 N High St. Cols. 43214 Sunday, December 23 from 12-1:30 pm where memorial service will begin at 1:30 pm.
