Anita Louise Abram, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister , aunt and friend, was born on November 15th 1958 to Georgia Mae Fleming and Joe Abram in Columbus, Ohio. She peacefully passed away surrounded by love on October 13th 2024 at the age of 65.
Throughout her life, Anita was a pillar of strength and love. Known for her warm smile and generous spirit, she dedicated herself to her family and those around her. To know Anita was to love her. Known for her infectious sense of humor she had a unique gift for storytelling that captivated audiences of all ages. She loved to share her adventures, often leaving her listeners in stitches with her wit and charm. Her warmth extended to everyone around her, as she had a special way of giving everyone a nickname that made them feel unique and loved. Names like Mitsubishi (Michka Hill) , ShannonGirl (Shannon Savage), KidLay (Kimberly Person) and NephewSon (Chug Person) to name a few.
Anita is preceded in death by her mother, Georgia Mae; father, Joseph Abram; brothers, Joseph Abram Jr, Arthur Abram Sr; aunt Pearl Franklin and grandson Damion Radcliffe.
Anita is survived by her daughter Darnetta Abram; grandchildren Darrin, Darina, Daronte, DaiQuan Gavin , Donta, Devon Radcliffe; sisters Lillian Person, Darlene Alston, Rosalyn Daniels, and 13 great grandchildren who will cherish her memory and the lessons she imparted. Her legacy of love and resilience will continue to inspire all who knew her.
