Jeffrey Stevens

Jeffrey Wayne Stevens died November 2, 2017 at his home surrounded by friends and family. Jeff was born on February 3, 1961 to James and Helen . Jeff was next to the youngest of four siblings Diana Weemes, James Stevens Jr, and Dale Stevens.  Jeff lived most of his life on the West Side of Columbus and graduated from Franklin Heights High School in 1980. He owned and operated Buckeye Home Elevator for many  years. Jeff was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. His zest for life has left a mark on everyone he leaves behind. Surviving family members are his children Misty Stevens (Jeremy) and Shane Stevens (Crystal). Five grandchildren Jeremiah, Christopher, Chase, Gabby, and Jordan.   Mother Helen Martin (Howard), Brothers James Stevens (Mary) and Dale Stevens (Todd). Along with 2 Nieces and 1 Nephew. A special friend Cindy Lawrence and Family. He is preceded in death by his Father James William Stevens Sr.  and his Sister Diana Weemes.  A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00pm, November 19, 2017 at The Salvation Army, 2300 West Mound St. Columbus, Ohio 43204. Family is asking in lieu of flowers that monetary donations be sent to Shaw Davis Funeral Home at 34 West 2nd St. Columbus, Ohio 43201.
